Shipping and Handling

We put our heart into every package — from carefully wrapping your order to making sure it’s ready for a safe journey to you. Every detail matters to us, so your items arrive just as special as when they left our hands.


  • Orders ship in 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Shipped via USPS, UPS, and or Fedex with tracking included.
  • Delivery times: Domestic: 3–7 business days | International: 7–21 business days.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
  • Please double-check your shipping address — we can’t replace orders sent to an incorrect address.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your order, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.


  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
